Founder
Abigail Owusu graduated from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC with a combined major in Accounting and Finance in 2007 and subsequently obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in 2015.
Abigail worked for a Chartered Professional Accounting Firm in the lower mainland for 6 years providing Financial Statements, Tax, Business Advisory service to small & medium size businesses and non-for-profits. She moved to Kamloops when her husband, a Software Engineer took a position in town. Abigail’s previous role in Kamloops was a Manager for MNP LLP, the 5th largest accounting firm in Canada.
From a humble beginning, Abigail immigrated to Canada at the age of 20 and very much appreciates Canada for the great opportunity it has provided her. She is always looking for ways to serve and pass it forward. It is the desire to make a difference in people’s life as well as her community that drove her to set up her own accounting firm.
Outside helping people and businesses with their accounting and tax needs, Abigail enjoys spending time with her husband Peter and their daughter Arabella. She also enjoys cooking, fishing and gardening.
